Happiness is a mood not a destination.

Just realized I haven't blogged bout chinese new year. It was by far the best one I've had so far, if you know what I mean. $.$ Since almost every chinese new year, my family and I would go overseas for a holiday trip together, that's why we never go back to my parents home town and spend time with relatives. Thus, I do not get much angpow also. Boo.

But this years different!

Big sis recently started a new job so she couldn't take leave, other sis had to go back to start her new job too. So no holiday trip for us. At first I was kind of bummed out, but after a few days... it's okay! fine by me!

Highway up north and down south was crazy jam though, my poor dad had to suffer to days of driving in the jam.. We went up to Tapah on the first day of cny, then down to Malacca on the second day. Both day trips. Quite tiring(though I wasn't as nearly as tired as my dad :\) but it was okay, once in awhile thing to do.. and certainly beats staying back at the empty streets of kuala lumpur.

 From birthday cake(mums bday) to kampung chicken to malaccas famous chicken ball rice to o chien to petai! to siu yok to LOU SANGG!!

Fireworks.

Do you know one box of firewords that consists of maybe bout 20 times of fireworks costs RM250? My uncle bought one along with lots of various types of different firecrackers for us to play..mainly the kids though. But we all played together after dinner at the front of house yard.

Cny gathering at Sums grandmas house one fine day. And I also brought mama there again another day to da mahjong. Haha. Everyone gambling! Chinese oh chinese people...

Gotta go get ready to meet up with my 2 favourite boys now.
